| Lesson 05 Human motivation - understanding the links between motivation and productivity. Lesson 06 Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's two-factor theory of motivation, Alderfer's theory of the three levels of human need, and the three needs by McClelland. |
Lesson 11 Importance of establishing objectives, generating alternatives, and choosing a solution. Lesson 12 Importance of having a plan of action. |
