Anthony Houldsworth has been involved in education and training for over 20 years. Prior to joining us, Anthony managed the corporate diversity strategy for the Institute of Cancer Research, University of London, UK. He is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society having travelled widely; gaining an understanding of the issues faced by those seeking to improve their English. His training experience also includes conflict resolution, communication and mentoring and he has undertaken training projects for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Police and Universities in the UK.
Dr.Ken Harvey has been involved in education and training for over 20 years including as Professor of Communications at central Asia's top English based university (KIMEP), assistant Professor of Journalism at State University of New York at Buffalo and part-time teaching assignments at North Arkansas Community College and Brigham Young University. Ken has conducted early reading research, consulting services to preschools and private schools on computer-based educational tools; and assisted education institutions to create their own computer-based curricula. Ken graduated with a Ph.D in Constitutional Law from George Wythe College, an M.A in Communications and Degree in Journalism from Brigham Young University.
Dr.Grace Tan has been involved in education and training for over 10 years. Grace graduated with Ph.D in Philosophy from Preston University, MBA from Charles Sturt University in Australia and Bachelor of Business from University of Tasmania Australia. Grace is also a Certified Trainer from the Human Resource Development Board (PSMB), a Certified NLP Trainer and Certified Standard Chartered Bank Trainer. In addition to the above professional certifications she has extensive teaching and training experience in training executives and managers in Malaysia.
Dr. Yean Rithy has been involved in training and communication for over 20 years. Dr.Yean has in-depth knowledge of training, communication, leadership and management. He is a Doctoral Fellow of the Institute of Professional Financial Managers (DIPFM) in United Kingdom, Member of the National Institute of Accountants (MNIA) in Australia, Fellow of Institute of Commercial Management (FICM) in United Kingdom, Certified Financial Consultant of Institute of Financial Consultants (IFC) in Canada and Chartered Business Consultant of Chartered Association of Business Administrators (CABA) in Canada. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the National Institute of Accountants, Australia.
Jasmel Dhanoa has been involved in education and training for over 12 years. Jasmel graduated with an MBA in Human Resource Management majoring in Training and Development. Her experience encompasses the areas of training, personnel administration, human relations, communications and counseling. She has planned and designed the management trainee programs and other related programs. She is also currently a lecturer with Wawasan Open University focusing on Business Administration and English Studies.
Jhoti Devi has been involved in education and training for over 6 years. Jhoti graduated with a Degree in English Language and Literature Studies and minor in Mass Communication from the University of Science Malaysia (USM). Jhoti has also undergone the Standard Chartered Train the Trainer program and is a certified Trainer. On top of that, she been involved in several university projects such as the 1st Spanish Film Festival and assisted in research related to social issues and also pharmaceutical field. Prior to joining us, Jhoti has taught English Language course to foreign adult learners.
Mark Lee has been involved in education and training for over 20 years. Mark received his School Headmaster Certificate from the Ministry of Education in Malaysia. Prior to joining us, Mark is a former vice-principal for a secondary school in Malaysia. Mark holds a Higher Teaching Certificate from Teacher Training College and a Teaching Certificate from the Department of Education Malaysia. Mark is a highly dedicated teacher who has taught 1000's of students from primary to college levels during his 20 years of teaching career.
Paul Bress has been involved in education and training for over 20 years. Paul was an E.A.P. (English for Academic Purposes) lecturer at the University of Kent, Canterbury and EFL lecturer and teacher trainer at Hilderstone College, Broadstairs, Kent. He is also a CELTA assessor and ELT consultant. Some of the organisations he has worked for includes the Education Development International (EDI Teachitworld, and Oxford University Press. Paul holds BA (Hons) in German and English from the University of Keele and an MA in TEFL from Christ Church College, UK.
Tim Becherer is a Language Instructor at Central Asia's Top English based University (KIMEP) and provides workshops in innovative teaching strategies to other language center instructors. He is recognized as one of the best instructors of intermediate and advanced English courses at KIMEP. Tim has special training in English as a foreign language and held Degrees and post-graduate education in communications and has 10 years experience as an editor in Hollywood with E! Entertainment. Tim is a graduate of the University of Miami's motion picture program and cinematography from the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.

C.H Tien is a highly experienced and qualified trainer in the area of organizational development, leadership training, team development and salesmanship. He is also an accomplished public speaker. He has trained many of Singapore's leaders, top civil servants, heads of armed forces, judiciary and police chiefs, diplomats and directors of government-linked companies. He was also on the external faculty of the General Electric Management School (Crotonville) and helped facilitate the Managers Programs in many parts of the world including Brazil, Germany, Australia, China, Bahrain and the Asian region. He was awarded the Public Service Medal in 1994 by the President of Singapore for his community and voluntary works. Tien holds Diplomas in Training and Development Management from Singapore Institute of Management and Education from Sheffield University with distinction.
Mike Lee has over 5 years experience in project management and marketing. He previously held the post of project & marketing manager for a large MNC in Singapore and generating millions of dollars in sales for the company each year. Over the years, Mike has developed several development strategies for the company as well as clients across the region. Mike graduated with a Diploma in Electronics from the Singapore Polytechnic.
Nur Ain has over 5 years experience as a design manager for a large printing and publishing house in Malaysia. Her considerable experience in managing both the staffs and the customers will provide the asset for the company as it further expands its branches and network in Malaysia and across the region. Ain hold a Diploma in Graphic Design.
Paul Hata has been involved in education for over 10 years through sponsoring and providing free education and training to children and adults in the rural areas of Asia. Prior to setting up the education centers, Paul runs a multi-million dollar media and publishing companies and active in mergers and acquisitions .His mission now is to provide the most affordable quality education for all through a network of partner schools and education consultants across the world. Paul holds Diplomas and Degrees in Business Management, Human Resource Management and Counseling.
Rayson Tan has been involved in education and training for over 10 years. Prior to joining the company, he was a consultant to a public listed education group, expanding their markets in Asia through franchising, licensing and joint venture opportunities. Rayson managed to appoint master franchisees for Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Suzhou China as well as sub-franchisees for Thailand and Guangzhou. Rayson graduated with a Degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University, Canada.
Shirley Tan has been involved in education for over 10 years. She is also a successful entrepreneur, having successfully started and operated her own business for over 8 years. She previously held the post of Area Sales Manager for the BBC English Language programs in Malaysia. Over the last decade, she has built a considerable network of executives and business owners in Malaysia. This network will assist her to develop new markets for the company. Shirley graduated with a Diploma in Child Psychology from the University of Malaya.
Winnie Toh has over 10 years experience in Sales and Marketing in Asia especially China, Malaysia and Singapore. Winnie is a Certified ISO Trainer and Consultant, highly experienced in International Quality Standards and application of management tools and techniques in a wide range of manufacturing and services Industry. Winnie graduated with a Degree in Business Management from Nihon University, Tokyo, Japan and speaks fluent Japanese, English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
