TRAINING TEAM
Adam Lee - receives the School Headmaster Certificate (Sijil Guru Besar) from the Ministry of Education Malaysia. Adam holds a Higher Teaching Certificate from Teacher Training College (Maktab Guru) and a Teaching Certificate from the Department of Education in Johor. Adam is a highly dedicated teacher and trainer with over 20 years teaching experience in Malaysia. Adam has taught 1000s of students from primary to college levels during his teaching career. Prior to joining us, Adam is a former vice-principal for a secondary school in Johor.
David Lai - graduated with a Master of Law (LLM) from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from Kings College London and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education in Singapore. He has more than 10 years of working experience as a Lecturer and Principal for an International College in Malaysia. Earlier in his career, David worked as an Education Officer with the Ministry of Education Singapore. David has extensive teaching and training experience both in Malaysia and Singapore.
Grace Tan - graduated with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Charles Sturt University in Australia, Bachelor of Business from University of Tasmania Australia. Grace is also a Certified Trainer from the Human Resource Development Board (PSMB), a Certified NLP Trainer and Certified Standard Chartered Bank Trainer. In addition to the above professional certifications she has extensive teaching and training experience in training executives and managers in Malaysia.
Jasmel Dhanoa - graduated with an MBA in Human Resource Management majoring in Training and Development. Her experience encompasses the areas of training, personnel administration, human relations, communications and counselling. She has planned and designed the management trainee programmes and other related programs. She is also currently a lecturer with Wawasan Open University focussing on Business Administration and English Studies.
Khairul Hisham - graduated with a Bachelor of Education (Honours) from the University of Malaya and Malaysian Teaching Certificate (Honours) from the Sultan Idris Teaching Institute. Khairul has over 16 years teaching experience including lecturing at Open University and University of Malaya. He is also Head of the English Language Exam Panel and Representative for Perak State for the International Convention for English Language Teachers. He is also a Johor State Key Personnel for ETEMS (English Teaching for Maths & Science).
Noor Fadzleen - graduated with a Bachelor of Education from the University of Exeter, UK. Noor is a UK Certified Teacher with over ten (10) years of professional teaching experience with multicultural learners. Her work experience includes English Language Trainer for British Council, Head of English Panel for a secondary school in Johor, Examination Marker for the SPM (Secondary School) Examinations. Noor is also an accomplished writer and presenter for conferences and seminars. Noor is also a recipient of the JPNJ Quality Award for 2009 from the Johor Education State Department for her contribution to education at the International Level.
Raudhah Hanim - graduated with a Bachelor of Education (Honours) from the University of Southhampton, UK. Raudhah is a UK Certified English Teacher with over ten (10) years of professional teaching experience with multicultural learners. Raudhah also lectures part-time at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Her work experience includes being a teacher (Head of English Panel) for a secondary school in Johor and training the school debating team.
Wan Hazlina - graduated with a Bachelor of Education from University Malaya and a Teaching Certificate (Sijil Perguruan Asas) from the Ministry of Education in Malaysia and a Diploma in English from University Malaya. Hazlina has over 10 years experience in teaching and training experience. Hazlina has been granted membership in the Golden Key National Honour Society at the University of Malaysia in recognition of outstanding scholastic achievement and excellence. She has also received the Excellent Service Award from the Ministry of Education Malaysia for her outstanding contribution to the teaching profession.
ADMIN TEAM
Paul Hata, Founder - has over 10 years experience in running multimillion dollar media and publishing companies. Paul’s involvement in education started when he sold his shares in these companies to establish free schools in the rural areas of Cambodia and Thailand. Besides developing the college, he conducts corporate training to senior executives and personal coaching to young entrepreneurs in the region. Paul holds Diplomas and Degrees in Business Management,Human Resource Management and Counseling.
Shirley Tan, Branch Manager - is a successful entrepreneur, having successfully started and operated her own business for over 8 years. She previously held the post of Area Sales Manager for the BBC English Language programs in Malaysia. Over the last decade, she has built a considerable network of executives and business owners in Malaysia. This network will assist her to develop new markets for the company. Shirley graduated with a Diploma in Child Psychology from the University of Malaya.
Mike Lee, Project Manager - is a successful entrepreneur, having successfully started and operated his own online business for over 5 years. He previously held the post of Project & Marketing Manager for a large MNC in Singapore and generating millions of dollars in sales for the company each year. Over the years, Mike has developed several development strategies for the company as well as clients across the region. Mike graduated with a Diploma in Electronics from the Singapore Polytechnic.
Nur Ain, Business Manager - has over 5 years experience as a business manager for a large printing and publishing house in Malaysia. Her considerable experience in managing both the staffs and the customers will provide the asset for the company as it further expands its branches and network in Malaysia and across the region. Ain hold a Diploma in Graphic Design
Hamizah Halim, Administrator - is a young and dynamic new member of our team. As an office administrator, she oversees and coordinates the office procedures, establish work priorities, delegate work to support staff and ensure that deadlines are met, and that procedures are followed. Her roles includes reviewing, evaluating and implementing new or improved procedures and prepare reports, manuals and correspondence. Hamizah holds a degree in Arts (Honors) from Universiti Teknology Mara Malaysia and currently pursuing her MBA from Cambridge International College,UK.
