API Fellowships Program
The API Fellowships Program is a regional program. There is one academic designated institution in each Participating Country (called Partner Institution) that operates as a secretariat of the Program within the country. API Executive Committee consists of representatives from Partner Institutions oversees its administration in consultation with The Nippon Foundation. The Nippon Foundation is an independent, non-profit, grant-making organization that was founded in 1962. It supports projects both in Japan and overseas. It funds activities in three areas: social welfare and volunteer support, maritime research and development, and overseas cooperative assistance. Grant assistance is made for selected programs and projects initiated and conducted by non-profit organizations, NGOs, and international organizations worldwide.

A*STAR International Fellowship
The A*STAR International Fellowship provides PhD graduates with 2 years of fully funded post-doctoral training at top overseas laboratories to expand their research experience and learn new skills to advance their scientific careers. The international exposure will enable post docs to connect with the global research community and build international networks. Upon completion of their post-doctorate training, scholars can look forward to embarking on an exciting career at one of A*STAR's Research Institutes.

ASEAN Scholarships
The ASEAN Scholarships aim to provide opportunities to the young people of ASEAN to develop their potential and equip them with skills that will enable them to confidently step into the new millennium.The ASEAN Scholarships lead to the award of the Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education ‘Advanced’ (GCE ‘A’) Level (or equivalent) certificates. Outstanding students who perform well in the GCE ‘A’ Level (or equivalent) Examination may apply for the ASEAN Undergraduate Scholarships offered by the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University or Singapore Management University. Blue Stockings scholarship
The Blue Stockings Association Inc. was established following an incredibly successful event celebrating women’s pursuits in Education in the Gippsland community in August of 2007. The ‘Blue Stockings Project’ event was driven by a team of University, Student Union (MUGSU Inc) and community representatives, driven by two young women – Ms. Caitlin Grigsby; then Education Vice President of Monash University Gippsland Student Union; and Ms. Sarah Elston, then Womyn’s Director. Both students of the Gippsland campus of Monash University, these two women showed a level of drive and determination ‘above and beyond’ that which was expected of them in their roles as Board Directors. In fact, the women’s efforts and passion resulted in the coordination of various contributors and sponsors to achieve approximately $30,000 in funds raised for 12 scholarships given to women studying VCE of tertiary studies in the Latrobe Valley region of Victoria.

British Chevening Scholarships
Chevening is the UK government’s premier scholarship scheme, aimed at future leaders, opinion formers and decision makers. These scholarships are offered in more than 150 countries and are funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. In Malaysia the scheme is administered by the British Council on behalf of the British High Commission and provides an opportunity to outstanding young Malaysians, from a variety of fields, to further their studies in the UK at a university of their own choice.

CHANCES Boroondara Scholarships
CHANCES is a scholarship program for talented and promising young people who live OR study in Boroondara. Our program is aimed at providing opportunities and support for young people in our community experiencing financial disadvantage. Our focus is to provide support to facilitate educational achievements for motivated young people. Assistance is available in the areas of academic, creative and performing arts, cultural pursuits, and leadership programs.

The Chevening Scholarships
The Chevening Scholarships are part of a global programme funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in London. Chevening Scholarships have offered in Hong Kong for the first time since 1996. Since then, 509 people have received awards from the British Consulate-General to study at some of the finest universities and institutions in the United Kingdom. Globally, the Chevening Scholarships scheme offers around 1,000 awards to outstanding young professionals each year. Since 1998 the scheme has also been open to residents of Macao.

Curtin Sarawak Scholarship
The National Higher Education Fund or PTPTN is available to Malaysian students enrolled in degree programs. Curtin Sarawak offers Curtin Foundation Scholarships, Curtin First Year Degree Scholarships and Shell-Curtin Scholarships. Students are advised to contact the Student Affair Section, Student Services Office for details and application forms.

Daiken Corp Sholarship Fund for Sarawakian
Japanese firm Daiken Corporation has set up a scholarship fund for Sarawakians to further their studies in forestry-related courses. The company has contributed RM112,000 to the fund, which will be administered by the Sarawak Timber Association. Daiken Corporation's president Hiroyuki Ibe hoped that the scholarships would help to train more skilled manpower for the timber industry to help in the conservation and sustainable forest management work. The association's chairman Datuk Leo Chai hoped that the scholarships would create interest among more Sarawakians in forestry and conservation work.

Dream Big Scholarship
The Dream Big Scholarship is open to young women currently in Year 12 (or those who have recently completed Year 12) who have the required prerequisites to study civil/structural or environmental engineering, town planning or surveying. The Program Offers: (1) Paid work experience at times which work around your university schedule. You will be paid industry rates and get to experience engineering projects first hand; (2) Generous financial assistance (ranging from $1500 to $3000 per year) to help costs associated with university such as books, computers or training; (3) Graduation bonus of $3500 per year for two years to help pay accumulated HECS debt in your first and second year working with Brown Consulting; (4) Mentoring and training – with access to work experience across civil, structural and environmental engineering projects; (5) A job on graduation and direct entry into Brown Consulting’s Graduate Development Program.

Fulbright Malaysian Graduate Study and Research Program
The Malaysian-American Commission on Educational Exchange (MACEE) is pleased to announce its annual competition for grants under the Fulbright Program for graduate level study (Masters or Ph.D. degrees) and research in the United States for 2010-2011 academic year. Grants under the Malaysian Fulbright student program will be administered as either degree or non-degree grants (Dissertation Research), depending on whether the applicant is seeking to complete coursework or research toward his/her degree program at a Malaysian university or is seeking to obtain a degree from an American institution. The objective of the grant is not only to enable the recipient to pursue a particular field of study but to develop leaders who can contribute to promoting better understanding between the U.S. and Malaysia.

International Fulbright Science and Technology Award
The International Fulbright Science and Technology Award For Outstanding Malaysian Student is for Ph.D study at top U.S. institutions in science, technology, or engineering. The award is designed to be among the most prestigious international scholarships in science and technology. The program is funded by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) in Washington, DC.  It aims to convey the message that the U.S. remains the premier destination for serious scientific study and research, and that America not only welcomes top-notch talent, but encourages future leaders to shape their careers through U.S. study.

The International Fulbright Science and Technology Award for outstanding Malaysian Students provides talented students with an opportunity to pursue Ph.D. study at top U.S. universities. Sponsored by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State, the Award is designed to be the most prestigious international scholarship in science and technology. Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) Scholarship
Under this finanacial aid program, excellent students will be chosen to undergo a preparatory course in the country for about one to two years.  This financial aid program is being conducted in local preparatory colleges.  The students will then be placed in top overseas universities subject to the following conditions,passed with distinction in the preparatory program, has been offered a place in any of the top universities listed by JPA and certified medically fit. The countries chosen for this scholarship program are the United States of America, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Japan-IMF Scholarship Program for Asia (JISPA)

Candidates should also currently work for or have a formal offer of employment from one of the following or related agencies:central bank, ministry of economy, ministry of finance, ministry of planning/development, ministry of trade/commerce, tax administration, or national statistics bureau. The program will also consider officials working in other areas of government that have a significant impact on the formulation or implementation of macroeconomic policy. In addition, it is open to persons who intend to work in relevant government agencies but have not yet taken up their formal positions. This might include students who are finishing their university studies. However, these candidates must be nominated by a senior government official from agency where they plan to work upon completion of their studies in Japan.

JPA Sabah Scholarship
The JPA Sabah Scholarship is only for Sabahans pursuing undergraduate courses and who have not been offered any other scholarship or sponsorship.

Kuok Foundation Study Awards
Since its incorporation on 1 June 1970, Kuok Foundation has been offering study awards to needy Malaysian citizens who have good academic qualifications and are active in school.  Kuok Foundation’s main purpose in offering study awards is to give opportunitiesto needy students to realize their academic potential and enable them to help lift their family out of the vicious cycle of poverty. Unlike other scholarships, the Kuok Foundation study awards are not givenfor the purpose of rewarding academic excellence but to encourage needy and academically capable students to continue and complete their tertiary education.

Lee Kong Chian Scholars Programme
Funded by a generous grant from the Lee Foundation, this pretigious programme seeks to produce a generation of socially conscious business leaders with a global mindset. It covers tuition fees, a one-off grant for the purchase of a notebook, an international exchange programme, an overseas study mission, an international community service project, a global forum and special seminars. Scholars pursue a double degree, one of which must be a Business Management degree programme. Up to 50 scholarships are awarded each year.

MARA Scholarship Programs
To provide financial aid for college and universities to potential and qualified bumiputera students to further studies at institutions of higher learning in the fields of science, technology, professional, expertise , management and others required by the private sector and the country in order to increase the number of Bumiputera participation in the trade and industry sectors.

Monash University (Australia) Scholarships & Burseries
Monash offers an extensive package of scholarships and bursaries for students in coursework programs, to encourage and reward academic excellence and to ensure equitable access to a world-class Monash education.In 2009, the University awarded more than 1700 new scholarships and bursaries totalling over 15 million dollars to students studying on an Australian campus. Coursework scholarships are offered for study in a Monash university award course, or for study in specific faculties or courses. They can be divided into three broad categories based on how applicants are selected – on academic merit, equity grounds or a combination of both.The extensive range of scholarships and bursaries at Monash University not only reward academic excellence but also enable students from many backgrounds to study at a world-class university.

National Retail Scholarships Programme (Singapore)
Nominate promising existing or new employees for the National Retail Scholarship.The scholarship provides funding for retail-related courses offered by The Retail Academy of Singapore in conjunction with the University of Stirling. Businesses can nominate or sponsor promising existing or new employees for the scholarship. Individuals can approach their employers to nominate or sponsor their scholarship application.

National Science Scholarships (Singapore)
The National Science Scholarships (NSS) were launched on 13 July 2001 by the Minister of Trade and Industry, BG George Yeo. NSS nurtures Singapore's bright, young and passionate research talents for the challenges of a research career in Science. More than just excellent grades, we look for individuals who want to change Singapore and the world with their zest for Science.

NRF (Clean Energy) PhD Scholarships
The NRF (Clean Energy) PhD Scholarships offer support for up to four years of academic pursuit, leading to a PhD in related disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science or Engineering, Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. All research topics should be in areas related to Clean Energy. Most of the scholarships given would be in solar, with a possible few others in fuel cells, energy efficiency and other renewable energies. Scholars must obtain CEPO’s agreement before embarking on a particular research area and project, so as to be in line with CEPO’s technology roadmap. For local PhD scholarships, CEPO will work with the universities to ensure that the candidate has a specific research project and supervisor identified before the award.

NUS Graduate Scholarship For ASEAN Nationals
The National University of Singapore [NUS] offers 40 scholarships each year to nationals of ASEAN* member countries to take full-time course-work graduate degrees at NUS. Singapore citizens and permanent residents are ineligible. These awards, known as the NUS Graduate Scholarship for ASEAN nationals [NUS GSA], are financed by the People of Singapore and the University.  The scholar has no obligation or bond to NUS or Singapore but is expected to complete the graduate degree and return to the home country.

NUS Research Scholarship
The NUS Research Scholarship is awarded by NUS to outstanding graduates for research leading to a higher degree at the University. Applicants must be university graduates with at least a Class II Honours degree or equivalent and, at the time of award of the Scholarship, must have been offered admission as a candidate for a full-time higher degree by research at NUS.Research Scholars will be given a monthly stipend and a full tuition fee subsidy. For Research Scholars in a Masters/Graduate Programme, the monthly stipend is S$1,500. For Research Scholars in a Ph.D. programme, monthly stipends for Singapore citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and foreigners are currently S$2,300, S$2,200 and S$2,000 respectively.

Opportunity Initiative Award
Opportunity Initiative Award are support for talented international students who may need financial help to take the next steps toward study in the United States at an accredited institution of higher learning.These grants are available now to help cover the upfront costs of seeking higher education in the U.S., and are part of EducationUSA's broad range of assistance to international students. We want to demonstrate that international students like you are welcome in the U.S., and increase access to U.S. institutions of higher learning for deserving students who have broad interests and ambitions but modest means. These Opportunity Initiative Award  make it possible for students who would be otherwise unable to afford the costly application process to take the next step toward an education in the United States.

Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional Malaysia (PTPTN)
Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional Malaysia (PTPTN) was established to help students gain entry to Higher Level Institutions of Education in Public (IPTA) and Private (IPTS) sector. (PTPTN) was established to help students gain entry to Higher Level Institutions of Education in Public (IPTA) and Private (IPTS) sector. This financial aid program was established in 1999 and is mainly focused on students who have gained admission to local universities but are unable to further their studies due to financial constraints.Applications are only open to students who have gained admission at local universities or private colleges. PTPTN  will evaluate the financial background of the applicant's family before approving the application. Decision made by the authority is final. No correspondence will be entertain.

Peter Finch Mathematical Statistics Honours Scholarship
The Peter Finch Mathematical Statistics Honours Scholarship is the School of Mathematical Science's prestigious award at the undergraduate level. It is awarded to high achieving undergraduate students who wish to continue their passion in mathematical statistics through research programs offered in their honours year.

Philippa McCall Scholarship and Benefactor Bursaries for Postgraduate Coursework Students 2010
The Philippa McCall Scholarship, valued at $2,000, and two (2) Benefactor Bursaries of $1,000 each will be offered to female students who are Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents normally resident in Victoria, enrolled in 2010 at a Victorian university, undertaking postgraduate coursework diplomas or degrees.

Polish Language School scholarship awards
The goal of awarding a scholarship funded by Polish Language School GLOSSA is to popularize the broad scope of Polish culture and language. In addition, it will give students an opportunity to participate in the Summer School of Polish Language and Culture, and thereby allow them to improve their language skills and become more familiar with Polish culture and history.

President's Science and Technology Awards
The President’s Science and Technology Awards (PSTA) are the highest honours bestowed on exceptional research scientists and engineers in Singapore for their excellent achievements in science and technology. Now in its second year running, the President’s Science and Technology Awards are presented to recognise and celebrate outstanding and invaluable contributions by individuals or teams to the research and development landscape in Singapore.

Prime Ministers Australia Asia Awards
The Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Awards are a unique opportunity to undertake international study and research related to your Australian degree, as well as gain international work experience through an internship or work placement, building your professional network in Asia. The Awards are open to Australian undergraduates and postgraduates in any field of study. Twenty postgraduate and twenty undergraduate awards are available each year to Australian students to undertake study/research and internships or work placements in Asia.

Queensland University Of Technology
QUT offers a number of scholarships to make study in Australia more affordable for international students. An international student is anyone who is not a permanent resident or citizen of Australia or New Zealand.As scholarship places are limited, competition is strong and in most cases is decided on academic merit. Most of these scholarships are offered to students starting a new course at QUT. 

Rotary Club Ambassadorial Scholarships Program
The purpose of the Ambassadorial Scholarships program is to further international understanding and friendly relations among people of different countries and geographical areas. The program sponsors several types of scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students as well as for qualified professionals pursuing vocational studies. While abroad, scholars serve as goodwill ambassadors to the host country and give presentations about their homelands to Rotary clubs and other groups. Upon returning home, scholars share with Rotarians and others the experiences that led to a greater understanding of their host country.

Rotary World Peace Fellowships
Rotary World Peace Fellows are leaders promoting national and international cooperation, peace, and the successful resolution of conflict throughout their lives, in their careers, and through service activities. Fellows can earn either a master’s degree in international relations, public administration, sustainable development, peace studies, conflict resolution, or a related field, or a professional development certificate in peace and conflict resolution.

Ramanujan Fellowships
Nominations are invited for the 'Ramanujan Fellowships' recently instituted by the Government of India. The fellowship is meant for brilliant scientists and engineers from all over the world to take up scientific research positions in India, especially those scientists who want to return to India from abroad. The fellowships are scientist-specific and very selective. The Ramanujan Fellows could work in any of the scientific institutions and universities in the country and they would be eligible for receiving regular research grants through the extramural funding schemes of various S&T agencies of the Government of India.

RAMUS Scholarships - Rural Australia Medical Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme
The RAMUS Scheme is funded by the Australian Government and assists selected students with a rural background to study medicine at university. In addition to their rural background, RAMUS scholarship holders are selected on the basis of financial need and demonstrated commitment to working in rural Australia in the future.

Rene Van der Borght Applied Mathematics Honours Scholarship
The Rene Van der Borght Applied Mathematics Honours Scholarship is the School of Mathematical Science's premier award at the undergraduate level. It is awarded to high achieving undergraduate students who wish to continue their passion in applied mathematics through research programs offered in their honours year.

Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (SYLFF)
Malaysian or international candidate who are enrolled in full time studies in Master or PhD programme by research in socail science of humanity research areas. Has no other employment or holding scholarship or other financial assistance, a Bachelor’s degree with honours or its equivalent, or a Master’s degree. Applicants must not be over 35 years of age at applicartion darte. The award covers tuition fees, registration ipfee and examination fee and monthly stipend.

SEARCA Graduate Scholarship In Agriculture
SEARCA invites applications for its graduate scholarship (MS and PhD) in agriculture and related fields (including biological sciences, social sciences, economics and statistics, forestry and fisheries, environmental sciences, agro-industrial technology and engineering, biochemistry, and development management) for School Year 2010-2011. The scholarship is open to nationals of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam who are regular employees of academic or research institutions or government agencies and not older than 35 years old.

Singapore Airlines Open Scholarship
We are looking for outstanding individuals to continue building Singapore Airlines as an outstanding airline. Upon graduation, you will be given opportunities to develop all-round management skills or specialize in your area of choice. If you can fly high, you will have great prospects. SIA scholars now hold important and challenging jobs in the parent company or its subsidiaries, in Singapore and overseas, some at Senior Management level.SIA invites applications from Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents who are beginning their University undergraduate education in 2009, or in the case of those serving National Service, in 2010 and 2011.

Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA)
SINGA is an award given to international students with excellent academic undergraduate and/or master's results, and strong interest in doing research leading to a doctorate (PhD) in Science and Engineering at a Singapore University. The students can choose to do their research work mainly at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), National University of Singapore (NUS), or Nanyang Technological University (NTU). The PhD degree will be conferred by either NUS or NTU.

Singapore Management University (SMU) Scholarships
The SMU Scholarship is a pre-eminent programme that is awarded to bright and ambitious SMU undergraduates who display strong leadership qualities. A comprehensive scholarship, it covers tuition fees, notebook and living expenses. Students can choose to do a double degree, choosing from Accountancy, Business Management, Economics, Law, Information Systems Management and Social Science. Up to 60 scholarships are offered each year.

Singapore Management University (SMU) Merit Awards
The SMU Merit Awards, each valued at up to S$5,000 per year, offer financial support to cover living expenses and to reimburse students for purchase of a notebook computer, University-approved study trips such as overseas student exchange programmes, business study missions, summer study programmes, participation in approved overseas conferences/ seminars, overseas internships or community service. Up to 55 awards are offered each year.

Sing Lun Scholarship
Funded by Mr Patrick Lee and members of the Lee family, the Sing Lun Scholarship is established in honour of Mr Lee's late father, Mr Lee Chee Hung, who founded the family business. The Scholarship is aimed at motivating full-time undergraduates at the Singapore Management University to achieve greater heights of excellence and at providing them with financial support in the current difficult economic climate.

The Adelaide Malaysia Scholarships (AMS)
The University of Adelaide offers a scholarships scheme for international students who are citizens of Malaysia undertaking study in any academic discipline including Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). Benefits are the waiver of 50% of the tuition fees for the normal duration of the program subject to satisfactory performance. A scholarship recipient completing a three year degree program who is offered a further year in the Honours Program may apply for an extension of the scholarship to cover that year. Scholarships are available only for the first four years of a double degree.

The Adelaide Sarawak Alumni Scholarship
One scholarship is available to a Malaysian citizen who has been accepted into and will commence studying an undergraduate degree at the University of Adelaide. The successful applicant will have strong academic qualifications and should be able to demonstrate financial need. The scholarship is to the value of A$6000, and the recipient shall be paid A$2,000 for each academic year that he/she is enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at the University for a maximum of three years. Scholarships will be awarded and first payments made in Semester 2 (August) of each year.

The Adelaide Malaysia Scholarships (AMS)
The University of Adelaide offers a scholarships scheme for international students undertaking undergraduate study. Up to two Adelaide Malaysia (AMS) Scholarships are available to international students who are citizens of Malaysia undertaking study in any academic discipline including Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).Benefits are the waiver of 50% of the tuition fees for the normal duration of the program subject to satisfactory performance.A scholarship recipient completing a three year degree program who is offered a further year in the Honours Program may apply for an extension of the scholarship to cover that year.Scholarships are available only for the first four years of a double degree.

The Brian Hogan Scholarship
The Brian Hogan Criminal Justice Research Scholarship has been created following the Brian  Hogan Memorial Appeal. This scholarship is available for a full-time research student wishing to undertake a project in the fields of either Criminal Justice or Criminal Law for our one year research Mastership(MA) degree. The scholar will be registered within the prestigious Centre for Criminal Justice Studies and will receive excellent supervision and research training in a supportive environment. The scholarship covers the full home-based fees plus a maintenance grant of £2000 (which may be supplemented by further paid research work).

The University of Adelaide Law School Scholarship for Malaysian Students
The University of Adelaide Law School Scholarships are available to eligible Malaysian students who are studying the South Australian Matriculation (SAM) program in Malaysia and are seeking entry into a Bachelor of Laws degree in semester 1 of 2010. The Scholarship provides a one-off payment for living allowances.

The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus High Achievers Scholarships
The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus High Achievers Scholarships is an automatic scholarship for Foundation and Undergraduate Programmes of Study. Students who meet our criteria will automatically be awarded with this The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus High Achievers Scholarships, whereby they will only have to pay 75% of their tuition fees. It is open to both Malaysian and Non-Malaysian students. The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus High Achievers Scholarships is also open to students progressing onto the Undergraduate Programmes from the Foundation Programmes. Students will have to achieve an average mark of at least 75% throughout the Foundation Programme.

University Of Malaya Fellowship Scheme
Applicant must be a Malaysian candidate enrolled in full time studies in Master or PhD programme by research, or holds a bachelor's degree with honours or its equivalent, or a Master’s degree. Pass in Bahasa Malaysia (MCE/SPM/HSC/ STPM/Certificate of Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (UM)). The award covers registration fees, tuition/research fees, examination fees, service fees and monthly stipend.

UniSA Taylors College Scholarships
The UniSA Taylors College Scholarship is granted by the University of South Australia for Australian students to study in Malaysia; or for Malaysian students to study in Australia. This is a full scholarship for a full year and covers tuition fees, text books, study guides, registration fees, laboratory fees, library fees, extra-curricular fees, visa processing, etc. The estimated value of this scholarship is 3 x $A16,800.

United World Colleges (UWC) Malaysian Scholarships 2009
Candidates must be Malaysian citizens aged between 16 to 18 years old. Candidates must be living and studying in Malaysia at the time of application. Limited number of places for the scholarships are available. Candidates must have taken their Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) last year or alternatively will be sitting for their International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) this year. Students with at least six distinctions in SPM or 50 per cent A or A* in IGCSE, as well as good co-curriculum records, can apply.

Universiti Teknologi Mara - NSF Scholarship
This scheme is a pre- service scholarship for excellent STI graduates for Master and Doctorate full time studies base on research in local and oversea Institutions of Higher Education. The scholarship covers tuition fees, examination fees and RM1, 560 monthly allowances for master candidates and RM2, 300 for Decorates candidates. The rates for overseas study will be in accordance with Public Service Department scholarship rates. 

University Teknologi Mara - PGD
This scheme is a pre- service scholarship for potential post graduate students in Science, Technology and Innovation to further their studies in Master and Doctorate level for full time research. Open to post graduate students who have supervisors with research grant from MOSTI. Selected students can do the research and further their studies in local public or private Institutions of Higher Education.

UTAR Scholarships
Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) has several scholarship scheme such as UTAR Scholarships to cater to applicants with outstanding academic performance. Only Malaysian citizens, those with family and personal income andcommitments are eligible to apply for this scholarship. To be qualified you must have proven scholastic ability and academic performance, character and involvement in extra-curricular activities. Applicants should not hold any other scholarship, loan or form of financial aids.

Wawasan Education Foundation (WEF) Study Grant
The Wawasan Education Foundation (WEF) Study Grantis available to needy and deserving students facing financial difficulties or have problems securing the funding required to start their study/career dreams. Offered as a one-off start-up financial assistance to new students, the grant significantly subsidises the cost of the successful candidates’ first semester of studies, completely paying off their first course fees. There is no catch and students are not tied to any contractual bond by the University. If you are interested in becoming one of the recipients, all you will need to do is to enroll as a student and apply for the study grant.
