Paul Hata has been involved in education for over 10 years through sponsoring and providing free education to children and adults in the rural areas of Asia. Paul is the Chairman of BCI College. Paul is a former founder of a multi-million dollar media and publishing companies. He is also active in mergers and acquisitions. Paul is recognized as an expert author and trainer in the areas of business and community developments. His mission is to provide the most affordable quality education for all through a network of colleges and partner schools across the world. Paul holds Diplomas and Degrees in Business Management, Human Resource Management and Christian Counselling from UK and USA.

Jong Bondoc has been involved in education for over 8 years. Jong is the President of BCI College. Jong is a former director of AIE College and an engineer, specializing in construction and maintenance, in the field of both electrical and civil works. He owns a publishing company prior to his employment and BCI and AIE colleges. Jong took his BS in Electrical Engineering at the University of Perpetual Help , BS in Civil Engineering at the University of Luzon , and MBA major in International Business at MDC.

Fernando Juan Sison has been involved in education for over 8 years. He was formerly an Instructional Manager for Alternative Learning System (ALS) at the Department of Education (DepEd) and earlier as a Teacher and Administrator. His goal was to educate the marginalized sector of society. Fernando graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Church Music and offered his services to the music ministry of his church. With the growth of technology in mind, he took up a Bachelors Degree in Multimedia Studies at the University of the Philippines' Open University.

OPERATION

Alex Badolin has been involved in education for over 6 years. Alex is the School Director of our La Union Campus. Alex spearheads the student recruitment and management of our La Union Campus. He was formerly the School Director and Admissions Officer at AIE College in La Union. Alex holds a Bachelor of Law from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University and a Bachelor Of Arts Major in Political Science at Union Christian College San Fernando City La Union.

Carissa Sison ( Quezon City ) has been involved in education for over 17 years. Carissa is the School Director of our Quezon City Campus. Carissa was formerly an Instructional Manager for Alternative Learning System (ALS) of the Department of Education (DepEd), Principal, School Director and Lecturer of reputable colleges in Manila . Carissa is the founding Chairman of a Non-Government Organization (NGO) that caters to children and education. She has been a Trainer of the Department of Social Welfare & Development (DSWD) for its Early Childhood Care & Development (ECCD) program. Carissa graduated from the University of the Philippines in Diliman , QC and holds a Master Degree in Christian Education (major in Curriculum/Instructional Development and Administration).

Darren Fam (Johor) has been involved in education and training for over 10 years. He was formerly a rehabilitation officer at the Singapore Prison Service. He was later posted as trainer at the Prison Staff Training School for next 10 years before joining Deakin Accord Singapore as a trainer in the CREST program, a Workforce Development Authority initiative to train the Singapore workforce. He has trained more than 500 workers from organization like Housing & Development Board (HDB), Singapore General Hospital (SGH), Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE), Yayasan MENDAKI, BM Nagano, G2000 Apparels, Raffles Country Club and SAFRA . Darren holds a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from SHATEC Singapore.

Jelo Balagtas has been involved in education for over 6 years. Jelo is the School Director of our Dangupan City Campus. Jelo spearheads the student recruitment and management of our Dangupan City Campus. He was formerly the School Director and Admissions Officer at AIE College in Dangupan City. He is also currently the Youth Pastor of Jesus our Firm Foundation Church. He trains young people to be leaders and be effective in their ministry. Jelo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing from AIE College.

Rene U. Opiniano has been involved in education for over 10 years. Rene is the School Director of our Urdaneta City Campus. Rene spearheads the student recruitment and management of our La Union Campus. He was formerly the School Director and Admissions Officer at AIE College in Urdaneta City. Rene started his career in education as a college instructor at several top colleges and schools in the Philippines. He is also an FQD Academic scholar. Rene graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and MBA from Lyceum Northwestern University.

PROJECTS

Jarren Hong has been involved in sales marketing, strategic planning and business development for over 3 years. He has served as the president of social entrepreneurship club in University for 2 years. In this capacity, he leads an effort to enhance the club's network of constituencies across business, government and civil society sectors. Currently he serves the Chinese Chamber of Commerce for educate, enhance and empower the school dropout in Johor, Malaysia. Jarren holds Diploma and Degrees in Business Management (Entrepreneurship) from Singapore & Australia.

Jane Lin has been involved in project management, executive search and talent management for over 10 years. Jane is a former Program Manager at Korn/Ferry, the world's largest executive search company. She has significant experience in program and project management, administration and set-up of assessment and development centers. Prior to Korn/Ferry, Jane was a Project Manager with Talent Management Asia, Hudson. Jane was awarded the Hudson Chairman Award for her excellent project management and client services delivery skills within a short two years of joining the firm. Jane has a Cambridge International Diploma in Teaching and Training, Diploma in Business Studies, and a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (University of Hull). She is also accredited in the SHL Psychometric Tools, and has certification in High Impact Project Management.

Mike Lee has over 5 years experience in project management and marketing. Mike is currently the Chief Project Officer. He previously held the post of project & marketing manager for a large MNC in Singapore and generating millions of dollars in sales for the company each year. Over the years, Mike has developed several development strategies for the company as well as clients across the region. Mike graduated with a Diploma in Electronics from the Singapore Polytechnic.

Shirley Tan has been involved in education for over 10 years. Shirley is the School Director of our Malaysia Study Centre. Shirley spearheads the student recruitment and management of our Malaysia Study Centre. She was formerly the Area Sales Manager for the BBC English Language programs in Malaysia. She is also a successful entrepreneur, having successfully started and operated her own business for over 8 years, building considerable network of executives and business owners in Malaysia. This network will assist her to develop new markets for the company. Shirley graduated with a Diploma in Child Psychology from the University of Malaya.
